Schedule E won't work in my case!

First, schedule E is from personal tax filing, I actually need do it from my LLC.My investors put the money into my company, my company need proper ways to distribute and resport their profit. Since they are not share holders, my accountant said cannot do K1 to them, I am getting K1 for myself.

Second: schedule E is for rental property, I am doing real estate flipping.
