preparing tax. Can you be a RE professional while you are having another full time Job?  My Full time job is very easy.  So I went out to look at houses. I have 4 rental house now.  Can I claim the I am a RE professional? It said need more than 750hr and more than 50% of work-rekated tune ubvikved ub RE activity.
