There are many firms offering tax harvesting / smart  strageties, I would try to avoid small shops and choose a big reputable name.  Tax harvesting generally can bring average 0.3-0.5% advantage, and there may be risks buying higher during the re-balance solely based on automated tax-loss harvesting.
