the deed to LLC only give you false security comfort:  if nothing happen (99% of the time), then all OK.  But once things happen (title issue, loan issues, home owner insurance issue), you will be in more trouble than non-LLC.

All in all, it worthwhile to get a lawyer, even though we all hate them.
