Bankruptcy is not to pay what he/she owes.

Eviction is to vacate property if he/she is not paying rent.

You can still evict people even he is in bankruptcy status. It only means whatever he/she owes are not recoverable.

NJ court has no ground not to accept this case. And judge must site laws that he made judgement with.
