Qunice Orchid High is a good school, but for investment, $350K townhouse is not good. Maybe good for primary residence.

The townhouse closed to Muddy Branch's Giant is around $25)K, which also belongs to Quince Orchid High

For rentals, you shall consider the return values now. The appreciation of house is limited for high price.
