Interest: $6,247 ($1,042 / month）

Property tax $746.50 ($124.41)

Condo fee $1,608 ($268) (similar to HOA in US)

Other, repair, etc $400

Total cost: $9,001.50

Rental income: $13,500 ($2,250)

Net gain: about $4,500 (downpayment for this condo: $150,000)
