Thanks. We at first intended to re-lease the building. But when we started getting some offers to lease, we realized that there are very significant commissions that have to be paid up-front(4%-6%)of the gross lease amount. The longer the lease, the bigger the commission that we would have to pay. We were already losing rent/lease money at that point. We wanted to get the building off our hands as soon as possible to stop our financial bleeding.
