Step 1： Ask chatGPT to write a script scanning 投壇， 一天一次

Step 2:  Ask ChatGPT to count the number of occurance of the word "TQQQ"  in the context of buying --- AI should figure out if people are discussing buying or selling based on the context of the discussion

Step 3:  Sell 10% of porfolio into cash each time when the 10 day moving average of Step 2 increase by 3x。

Step 4: Continue to do this until cash reserve reaches 50%
