加拿大法律說人行道上滑倒不算業主責任？

那麽在家裏樓梯上滑倒呢？在家裏被電到呢？

 the Court concluded that, "generally, residential property owners do not owe a duty of care to pedestrians passing by on sidewalks adjacent to their properties that are owned by municipalities." 

我不知道加拿大是不是所有的人行道都是政府擁有的。估計隻有在城市裏麵吧。
