Is it TD institutional investment?

money in TD. Owner can view holding/balance but can not trade. 3rd party can trade for you but can not move the money.

I used a few times (TD, UBS, MS...) One money manager made some money for us during 2008 financial  crisis. If I remember the commodity price dropped sharply but later went up quite a bit. 

Most underperformed SPY.
