scientific misconducts

I am writing to seek assistance. I have been work with a professor for three years. During the years, I developed my project and came up with my ideas and made the original observation. Recently, he published my ideas and data without counting my contribution. I required the university to investigate my case. Even though they had solid evidence that those data and ideas wre from me, but they came up with a report that the professor did nothing wrong. I think I have to do something if possible to fight for my contribution, but I have no idea what is the best way to do it. Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks.
