請教幾個公民為父母申請綠卡的問題。

1.我剛剛入籍，需要等段時間才可提交親屬綠卡申請嗎？如是，要多久

-You can do it now or any time later.

2. 父母離異很久，隻是給母親一人在美境內申請綠卡，母親需要離婚公證和未婚公證嗎？

-Provide the divorce certificate, just in case USCIS ask for it (normally it is not required, but some officer may ask for it). Not need 未婚公證.

3.母親一個月後會以美10年多次往返簽證入美，我需要等90天後才可提交她的綠卡申請嗎？

-Correct.
