父母因為疫情和身體健康狀況滯留國內超過了一年，剛去參加了第一次資格審核麵談 （帶了解釋信及醫生證明），被拒說是不符合SB-1簽證的要求，也沒解釋不符合的原因，就是沒讓繼續申請和第二次麵談。請問8老師這種情況下，是否仍然可以去嚐試一下直接拿綠卡入境？

-I don't suggest them to do that because they may not handle the pressure well at the port of entry if the IO give them trouble. They had better just abandon the green card, then you can sponsor their immigrant visa (green card) to enter US.
