現在想回來不知如何辦理。去移民局看的信息是要去廣州辦SB1移民簽證，但要Email預約，可是那個Email要求填的是網上送Email，可是這個Email要GUZ或者GZO號，否則的話送不了這個email。

她的綠卡是在美國辦的。
她可不可以不辦任何手續直接回來，入境會有問題嗎？-Technically she can not use her green card because her green card is void. But sometimes certain CBP officer at the port of entry might allow her to enter US (depends on how lucky she is). Based on the immigration law, she needs to apply for the SB-1 visa. By the way, she needs to provide the evidences of her injury (e.g. Dr.'s letter, hospital proof, bills, etc.) that prevented her from return to US on time. After her SB-1 visa is approved, she still needs to apply for the immigration visa immediately in the US Consulate, and then use that immigration visa to enter US to reinstate her green card status (the US Consulate will give her instructions when her SB-1 visa is approved).

-Another choice is that she may give up her green card, and then apply for the B2 visa to enter US and apply for the green card again (if she wants to later) as she did before.
