朋友在中國要簽證，目前遇到如下的問題：

1. 10 年前，簽證被取消過，因為不知道在美國隻能呆六個月（雖然有2年的簽證）。在到墨西哥旅遊回來，在海關簽證被取消，被驅逐了

-What does "被驅逐了" mean, (1) he was denied to reenter US from Mexico and returned to China from Mexico, (2) he left  the US voluntarily,  or (3) he was deported out of US?

If it is (1) or (2) it should not affect his reentry to US again (probably the record has been removed from the system).

If it is (3), the he needs to wait a certain time e.g., 5 years or 10 years and then, apply for the visa to enter US or apply for waiver if he does not want to wait. Because this occurred more than 10 years ago, this event should not affect his visa application and reentry to US again even if it is (3).

2. 回國後，投資移民沒有通過

他的問題是：

1. 簽證表格要如實填這些嗎？

-Yes.

2. 大使館會有這些紀律嗎？國內代理說網上沒有查到，朋友還是擔心有記錄。

3. 如果簽證過了，能否僅進美國？ 因為10 年前被驅逐了？美國機場移民海關的記錄會有嗎？會保存多久？
