綠卡持有者過世，需要通知USCIS嗎？

-If the green card hold has a petition, such as the Form I-130 petition for alien relative (spouse, kid) for immigration, and the relatives have not completed the immigration application process yet, then the USCIS need to be informed about the death, otherwise, not need to report the death to USCIS.
