Do you mean your Application to Determine Returning Resident Status, Form DS-117 has been approved?  If yes, you should have no problem to get your Form DS 260 Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application approved. Thus, you can use the SB-1 visa to re-enter US to reinstate your permanent resident status.
