-Because you got the green card, your L-1B status was void. So, your spouse cannot use L-4 visa to enter US anymore. She can use B2 visa to visit you if she gets it.

Another choice is that she can apply for the immigrant visa to come to US by following to join if your marriage occurred before you got the green card (you need to file I-864 for her to follow to join in this case if your green card was got by filing I-485 within US).

If your marriage ocurred after you got the green card, then you need to file I-130 for her to apply for immigrant visa in China.
