請教我們（美國公民）的孩子成年未婚在加拿大工作，加拿大公民來美國的

1.成年未婚女子辦理來美國的話大概需要多長時間？

-It takes about 9 to 10 years.

辦理期間如果來美國探親或旅遊是否有影響？

-It should be fine because it takes too long for your child to be qualified for the immigrant visa application.

2.如果辦理期間孩子結婚，那這個申請是否繼續有效？

-Yes, but the category will be upgraded from F1 category to F3 Category which takes about additional 5 years in 排期 compared to F1 category. But your child's spouse and kid can immigrate into US together with your child in this case.

如果不能繼續有效，有辦法轉成家庭移民嗎？
