From this link, if you file I-130 and I-485 concurrently by mail, you should send both the I-130 and I-485 in one packet to the address for I-130 filing address, depends on which state you live:

Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative | USCIS

If you file I-130 onine and file I-485 by mail, then you should send the I-485 to the address following the I-485 Instructions (provide the I-130 Receipt Notice).
