前些年身份黑了，後來和公民結婚，現在130 已經獲批了。

因為開了自己的公司，由於自己的無知，我拿過W2。而且還報了稅。那等於就是板上釘釘的非法打工。

現在要填485了，該如何應對呢？ 

-If you entered US with a valid visa such as F-1, B-2, you will be fine. Because your spouse is a US citizen who sponsored you green card, your illegal work will not affect your I-485 approval.
