我是2024年11月4日麵試通過了，文件顯示已經給我放在宣誓通知等待階段，並說我應該在30天收到宣誓通知，可是3個月了，我也沒有收到宣誓通知，請教老師我這正常嗎？

-Yes. Normally the USCIS Field Office wait for more people to pass the interview and then, these people can take the oath at the same time.
