有一個朋友目前是R1簽證，一年後可以申請I-360. 目前這個類別出現了幾年的排期，而R1隻能工作5年。這種情況下，R1任期結束前排期還沒有到，I-360通過而不能遞交I-485，該怎麽辦？

-Try to find anther job such as in a non-profit institution and then, change R-1 to  H-1.

是不是隻能回國，而I-360申請將變成無效？

-The I-360 is always valid unless the employer withdraw it. So, if your friend has to return to China, he/she can apply for the immigrant visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou when the I-360 prority date is current to return to US to become a green card holder.
