父母現在B2 過來，我網上給他們申請加拿大簽證，打算拿到後去加拿大玩幾天然後回來美國，開車來回。請問回來美國時會有問題嗎？

-Fine. If they get the new I-94, then they had better wait for 90 days to apply for green card from the date they return to US from Canada. If they do not get the new I-94, then they can apply for green card after 90 days from the date they entered US from China.

B2 簽證當然還沒過期。 當然這個旅遊要在給他們申請綠卡前完成。
