請教八老師，小侄子在美國讀博剛結婚。他妻子在辦綠卡剛交了485表，想把他加進去，來得及嗎？

-Check the Visa Bulletin to see whether his spouse's I-140 priority date is still current to allow him to file I-485. If yes. then provide the required documents such as marriage certificate, etc. with the I-485 filing. Consult an immigrant lawyer if you are not very familiar with this issue in case you miss somehting.
