謝謝8老師，I found the Policy Alert dated 2/23/2023（PA-202302, which clarifies the method of computing CSPA age, using filing date instead of action date. Is there any reasons that you think US consulate will be considering my case differently ? In other word, using action date instead of filing date to compute CSPA age?

感覺很清楚是沒有超齡，不知道是不是我太天真？還是有什麽我應該注意的？
