請教8老師，我跟老公是公民，有倆娃，現在給公婆申請綠卡。我們夫妻聯合報稅，我們分別有w2，老公自己的income足夠擔保公婆，請問這種情況，老公申請i864；還是老公I864，我需要填I864a？

-If your spouse only uses his income to sponsor his parents, he just files I-864 and you do not need to file I-864A.
