8老師好！我一位朋友從國內短期逗留回美後一個禮拜遞交了N-400，後來一位律師告訴他，他不僅需要符合五年內居住在美國的時長規定，而且應該在回美住滿3個月後才能遞交，不知道這是否正確？

-Depends on how long your friend stay in China. If it is less than 6 months, nothing is worried about and do nothing. Temporary travel of short period of time does not affect the N-400 filing.
