婚綠overstay i485求助

求助i485填表！！

目前是申請的婚綠，老公是公民。之前拿的學生簽證，畢業之後overstay了一年才結婚, 並沒有離開美國。

i485最近被發了notice說一些地方填錯了。請問各位友友下麵的都需要填什麽？

17. Have you ever violate the terms or conditions of your nonimmigrant status 是填YES嗎？

78. Have you been unlawfully present in the United States, 

For more than 180 days but less than a year, and then departed the United States?

79. For one year or more and then departed the United States?

這兩項都填NO嗎？

Public Charge

Are you subject to the public charge ground of inadmissibility under INA section 212(a)(4)

填YES嗎？

重新提交i485的時候，A-number需要更新嗎？（第一次提交的時候沒有a number，現在有了）
