多謝8老師，還有一個問題，網上file I-130的時候有一項要用native language 寫beneficiary的名字和國外地址的， 這個是我自己用中文寫一下，下麵需要再翻譯成英文嗎？

需要加上translator's certification，再出去找人敲個公證的章嗎？

-Not need to do anything. Just write or type the beneficiary's name and address in China in Chinese words/characters there, and that is all.
