不好意思想請教一下。剛才查了一下帖子的曆史，沒有發現類似的，所以隻好麻煩您。

小朋友在美國，F-1學生簽證讀書，2022年本科畢業的，現在是用STEM OPT在美國上班，同時持有有效的EAD和I-20。

但剛發現護照裏的F-1學生簽證在2023年7月已經過期了，可是後天（6號）就要飛回美國，來不及續簽了。

請問這種情況（有有效的EAD，I-20，但是F-1過期）可以在美國入境嗎？謝謝啦。

-Your kid  needs to get the F-1 visa at the US Consulate to reenter US. You may have to cancel your flight. If your kid comes to US without the valid F-1 visa, the kid will be denied to enter US and sent back to China from the port of entry, and he/she will be banned to reenter US at least three years. Of course, probably the Airlines may not allow him/her to board the flight.
