-You may go to "Setting" of your computer and then, click "Time and Language" to dowmload the "Chinese (simplified, China)"  into your computer. Then, try to type the Chinese characters in the I-130 online filing. If it does not work, you may just type "Unable to write Chinese characters online filing and will submit at the time of interview.”
