在"Your Family"中關於父母的信息，有City/Town of residence and country of residence

我父親已去世，所以在city of residence一欄我寫的是Deceased，

可是country of residence是個drop-down menu，我能空著不填嗎？-Yes, leave it blank.

關於母親的信息，這裏應該是填來美之前的常住地址（居住超過10年），

還是戶口所在地呢？-No.

如果填常住地址，那就和出生公證上不一致了（我母親的出生公證上有地址信息，寫的是戶口本的地址）

如果填戶口所在地，那麽難道後麵關於What's the Beneficiary's address outside of the US? 也要寫戶口所在地嗎？

還有Information about beneficiary in their native written language，也要寫我母親赴美之前的地址，對吧？那麽這個又是寫哪個地址呢？

另外，這個Info用中文寫，還要附上翻譯嗎？
