1. 我兒子在加拿大讀書， 我們file I-485 的時候他很難回美國與我們同時file， 如果他比我們晚些file是否還能加入我們的case。

-Yes as long as your priority date is current at that time. Just provide teh copy of your (primary applicant) I-485 receipt with his I-485 filing.

2. 體檢與打手印是否必須在file I-485以後， 體檢的有效期是否為一年？-Need to provide the physical exam result (I-693) with the I-485 fling. The physical exam has to be conducted within 60 days for I-485 filing.
