但是公證處要我提供美國護照的信息，以前辦過一份出生證明，當時上麵有寫我的身份證號碼，現在想著辦一份新的出生證明，外加親屬關係證明，公證處就要求我提供最新的護照信息了。

那我如果用七年前辦的出生證明可以嗎？可以用它代替親屬關係證明嗎？
