80歲以上的持有綠卡老人， 辦理回美證（Form I-131）

(1)  不用打指紋了吧？-They need to do the fingerprinting. No exception.

(2)  5 年前就辦過一次回美證， 給了兩年的時間。 是不是第二次辦回美證， 隻給一年時間？？-It should be two-years.
(3) Advance Parol document -For non-immigrant, e.g. person who has pending I-485. 和 Reentry document -For green card holder. 有什麽不同？
