請教8老師ReEntry Permit 的case status

8老師您好！

我父母（永久居民）今年5月8號申請的re-entry permit， 6月19號批準的，21號收到的approval notice 以及 reentry permit。最近登錄USCIS， 突然發現6月14號，USCIS的case status 更新為：

“We reviewed your biometrics and are still processing your case
You do not need to do anything at this time”

這讓我覺得非常困惑，是這個case re-open了嗎？還是係統更新之後。想請問8老師，我父母已經批準的re-entry permit 還有效嗎？非常感謝您的回複！
