請教8老師，父母去年8月遞交綠卡申請，很快打指紋和收到AP，可是到現在還沒有麵試通知

請教8老師，父母去年8月遞交綠卡申請，很快打指紋和收到AP，可是到現在還沒有收到麵試通知，請問這樣等待近八個月還沒有麵試通知，正常嗎？從去年九月份網站顯示Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview，現在進去網站卻無法查看status,  顯示Validation Error(s)
