請教8老師:正在填i-134表，其中有些問題不太確定，請指教

i-134上的問題：

I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s)

Name and Date submitted

I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons, 

Name and Date submitted

我二十多年前我邀請嶽父母來美國好多次,每次都都填i-134，他們都回國很多年了，這些也要寫嗎？再說了日期更是記不得了。現在隻能記得他們大約來美的月份。
