for Family based GC ( immediate family of citizen), which USCIS center should I contact/write to? Chicago or local USCIS if I have filed 485 and passed the interviewed for more than 1 year? , Big big thanks. My EB2 case has been pening for 5 years, due to the name check, then switch to family based still stuck in NC for over 2 years. Frustrated....
