Call USCIS Service Center after RFE received 60 days, I was told that everything is fine except no visa number
Asked congressman's office on August 10, the lady was very nice and called USCIS immediately. I was told that the GC has approved but need to wait for visa number until Oct.

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On August 31, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you.
