although my PD was current when I filed the extension?

I filed extension in March and my PD wasn't current. My PD became current in June while my extension was approved. 140 was approved already. Should I contact USCIS and have them correct by giving me 3-year instead of 1 year? In my cover letter it asked for 3-year extension, so did my LCA.
