來美7年紀念日前綠卡批準

明天是來美7周年紀念日，今天早上受到了我和LD的welcome letter。

2000年來美去了一所中部中等爛校，遇到LD.
2001年回國
2002年畢業加在美國結婚爸爸媽媽來參加婚禮
2003年初開始工作
2003年7月30日EB2 RIR (PD)
2005年10月 LC certified
2005年11月I-140
2005年12月I-140 certified
2006年5月5日I-485 received
2007年2月寫信給Laura Bush
2007年4月收到FBI letter: both cases NC have been cleared on April, 2007
2007年5月5日RFE TB skin test （Reply received on May 30th, 2007）
2007年7月30日called USCIS started a referral
2007年8月2日-8月10日 called USCIS several times (POJ), was told no visa have been assigned to our cases, have to wait until October.
2007年8月15日 welcome letter mailed.

期間2005年11月有了我們的寶貝女兒，我們雙方的父母都有來住過半年。我2004年底換州工作但是同一家公司，485 pending 180天後換工作，都沒有受到影響。不過我180天後換工作還是老老實實的交了AC21的材料，LD更是用H1B換了5次工作。。。。。。FT
其間LD 2003年底辦了加拿大綠卡，２００４年７月就批了，我們拖到２００５年初才登陸。
最近終於在７周年紀念日的前一天旅卡批了，好像沒有太多的欣喜，更多的是麻木。
５年搬了１４次家，三個州，７個城市，最近買了房子，希望就此安定下來了。
在這個壇子潛水多日，得到很多有用的信息，在此一並感謝大家。
