我們是加拿大公民，現在L1在美國，今年五月到期，前年抽中H1b，當時選擇了邊境激活，本來打算下個月去一趟美加邊境的，現在這種情形真不想出門，請問還能改成境內郵寄簽證嗎？謝謝！
