被裁後他可以在美國呆多久呢？
-Based on the new rule, he has a grace period of 60 days. During the grace period, he can legally stay in US to find new job or change his TN status to another status such as B2.

可以呆3個月嗎？因為他想小孩能上完這學期的課，也想有些時間賣房子。這是法律允許的嗎？多謝了！
