我申請的EB1a , I140是8/7/17approval. Prority date 是 7/28/2015, 女兒是95年8月的. 我目前是TN 但沒給女兒辦TN4 因她在加拿大, 現在如果給辦TN4, 她已過了21歲. 請問8老師, 她怎麽樣來美國具有合法身份交I485呢? 因時間不是很多了對她, 所以很著急. 非常感謝!!!
-She may enter US using her Canadian passport if she is a Canadian citizen, or apply for B2 visa if she is not a Canadian citizen. If she cannot enter US, you have to file I-824 for her to apply for the immigrant visa outside US.
