2010年，我第一次辦無犯罪記錄證明，沒有遞交申請， 但是我曾於2013 年回國一個月， 之後一直待在美國， 

請問如果我現在想提交楓葉卡申請，是要重新在國內辦一次無犯罪記錄證明嗎?
-I don't know the Canadian immigration law, but if this document is needed,  you do not need to do it again from China because temporary travel outside US (less than 6 months) does not matter at all. Of course, you need to get the police clearance certificate from the local Police Department in US.
