H1b第6年，h1b extension pending，還沒批， 9月底h1b 要過期，485已交，ap還沒批，請教如果9月初去加拿大，能返美嗎？

-Yes if you will return before your current H-1 expires, but you had better not leave US until the H-1 is approved or AP is approved, in case your H-1 extension is approved during your travel..
