 請問8老師，皮老師和經驗人士：加拿大公民在美國遞交h1b 申請以後，能否離境返加拿大探親？然後等h1b 批下以後再持h1b入境美國？我小孩現持F1-OPT, 6 月底到期。6月初想回家探親2周後返美結束現單位的工作。7月1日去新的單位工作。但6月初h1b 可能還沒批下。請問

 

 

1：假如h1b還沒有批準前返美，可否再以F1-OPT 入境？

2：假如h1b批準後返美， 可否直接以h1b 入境？

-Yes. Your child can enter US using the H-1 approval notice in advance up to 10 days before the H-1 is effective, or after the H-1 is effective.
